Every year, thousands of people in the UK take their lives. It remains one of the leading causes of death for people under 35, and men continue to be disproportionately affected. In fact, men aged 40 to 49 have the highest suicide rates of any age group in the UK. Behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a silence that became too heavy to carry alone.
We created The Bin Silence Foundation in loving memory of Philip, a Daddy, Husband, Brother, Son and friend who we tragically lost in October 2025 after he struggled in silence with his Mental Health. His loss changed our world forever and opened our eyes to how many others are fighting the same invisible battles.
